The idea was to work on the genesis of these robots. Special attention was brought to their places of creation, the evolution of their physical appearance and the tools and materials used to bring them to life. The aim was to show these robots in their own environment, without dramatizing, as if they were already part of our daily lives.
The photographer’s choice of humanoids as research subject allowed him to explore fundamental differences in the relations between men and robots in the eastern and western worlds.
